• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders where pricing was incorrectly displayed.
• Discounts displayed are genuine reductions from our regular selling price. We do not engage in misleading discount practices.

3. Order Acceptance

An order is only confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• Out-of-stock items
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Pricing or product information errors
• Inability to ship to the provided address

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within the timelines specified in our Refund Policy.

4. Payment

• We accept UPI payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. COD orders may carry an additional handling fee.
• UPI payments are processed via our secure payment gateway partner.
• We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.
