We ship Pan-India through trusted courier partners, with care taken to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition. This policy outlines our shipping timelines, charges, serviceability, and what to expect after you place an order.
1. Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, our team begins processing it within 1–2 business days. During this time, the items are picked, quality-checked, securely packed, and handed over to our courier partner. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
Business days: Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

These timelines are indicative and counted from the date of dispatch (not order placement). Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, regional festivals, or courier-side disruptions. We will keep you informed by email and on the order tracking page if any such delay affects your shipment.
3. Shipping Charges
The exact final shipping charge for your order is calculated and shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment. There are no hidden charges added afterwards.
4. Pincode Serviceability
We currently deliver to most pincodes across India. At checkout, our system validates your pincode against the destination state to ensure accurate routing. If a pincode is non-serviceable for any reason (typically remote or restricted areas), the order cannot be placed for that address. In rare cases where a pincode is shown as serviceable but our courier partner is unable to deliver, we will refund any prepaid amount in full as per our refund policy.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India, subject to a flat ₹49 handling fee. Some pincodes may be restricted to prepaid orders only, based on courier-partner serviceability. The COD option will be visible at checkout only when your pincode supports it.
For COD orders, please keep the exact payable amount ready in cash at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners cannot provide change for very large notes.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number, courier name, and a tracking link. You can also track your order any time by visiting the Track Order page on our website using your order number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be updated by the courier partner after dispatch.
7. Courier Partners
We work with reliable courier and logistics partners across India, including (but not limited to):
- Delhivery
- Blue Dart
- DTDC
- Ekart Logistics
- Xpressbees
- India Post (for select remote pincodes)
The courier partner used for your shipment is selected based on serviceability, weight, and speed for your specific destination. Your tracking email will mention the assigned partner.
8. Failed Delivery and Re-Attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three times. If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the delivery executive over the phone to schedule a re-attempt. After three failed attempts, the package will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and sent back to our warehouse.
For prepaid RTO orders, refunds will be initiated as per our Refund Policy once the package is received back at our facility. For COD RTO orders, no charges are applicable.
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, please do not accept it from the delivery executive. Take photographs of the package condition and email us at info@originz.store within 24 hours of delivery (or attempted delivery) with your order number and the photos. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue at the earliest, including replacement or refund as appropriate.
10. International Shipping
At present, Originz ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand internationally in the future and will announce updates here when that becomes available.
